Sundrift Pack

$7.95

Sundrift is one landscape under a moving sun. A gradient sky sits over a single enormous horizon, and a sun you never see travels behind it from the far left at first light to the far right at nightfall. Every phase recolours the whole scene, sky, ground and shadow alike, while the horizon itself never moves. Nothing here was photographed, so every file is rendered at the size you download rather than resized to fit it.

It comes as a dynamic wallpaper for Mac as well: add one file in System Settings, choose Dynamic, and your desktop moves through the day on its own, following the sun where you are or a fixed clock, with a ninth frame for the night so the sun never jumps back at dawn. On iPhone and iPad a Shortcuts automation does the same, and the pack explains how.

Desktop 6K6016 × 338416:9Native on a 6K panel. Scales cleanly to 5K, 4K and every 16:9 monitor.
Laptop 16:105120 × 320016:10The 16:10 laptop shape without letterboxing: MacBook Pro and Air, Surface, XPS, most Chromebooks.
Tablet 1:12752 × 27521:1A square covers portrait and landscape, so one file works on a 13 inch tablet and everything smaller.
Foldable Open 10:72670 × 187810:7The unfolded screen of a book-style folding phone. Landscape, and native at its own size.
Foldable Cover 16:111398 × 203416:11The cover screen of a folding phone, which is the one it shows most of the time.

Good to know

Before you buy.

Will they band on my screen?
No. Every file is rendered at its native pixel size with a fine dither baked in, which breaks 8-bit steps on long gradients. Nothing is upscaled.
Do I get new sizes when new devices ship?
Yes. Buying a pack includes every future size and variant of that pack. Download again from your receipt and the new files are there. That is not a promise about something distant: the light versions arrived this way, and the foldable sizes did too.
Do these fit iPhone 18 and iOS 27?
Yes. The phone size in every pack is 19.5:9 at 1320x2868, which is the shape the current iPhone Pro models use, and Prism adds a second phone size at 1440x3200 for the taller Android flagships. Every phone file is drawn quiet across the top, so the notch, the status bar and the iOS 27 clock sit on a calm ground rather than on top of the brightest part of the picture.
Do these work on folding phones?
Yes, and a book fold takes two files rather than one, because it has two screens pointing in different directions rather than one screen that rotates. Opening it makes the display WIDER, not taller, so the unfolded panel is landscape while the cover stays portrait, near enough the same shape turned ninety degrees. Prism, Sundrift and Gradient ship a size drawn for each: the Foldable Open 10:7 file at 2670 × 1878 and the Foldable Cover 16:11 file at 1398 × 2034, each composed at its own native pixel size rather than cropped from the phone file. Those measurements are the iPhone Duo’s, which is the fold these were drawn against, and other folds differ, so the iPhone Duo page carries every size in the packs measured against both panels and you can read your own device off it. What to avoid on any of them is the ordinary phone file: at 1320 × 2868 it is the obvious pick and it is the wrong shape and the wrong way up for an unfolded panel.
Can I use them in my portfolio or in mockups?
Yes. Personal use on all your own devices, and they may appear in screenshots, portfolios and mockups. What you cannot do is redistribute or resell the files, or ship them inside a product. The full text is on the license page.
