A tablet rotates, so a landscape file is wrong half the time you look at it. The square is native in neither orientation and correct in both: every tablet scales a wallpaper to fill and crops the overflow, so one 2752 square covers a 2732 by 2048 panel and its portrait twin out of one download.

Every pack here is drawn in code and rendered straight to 2752 × 2752, so nothing is scaled up from a smaller file and long gradients do not band. Where a screen is smaller than this, the file scales down onto it, which throws pixels away rather than inventing them.
